WNY Chapter 16th Annual Awards Dinner Western New York Chapter

The Western New York Chapter of the New York State, Inc.
Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NYSCAR) is pleased to announce its 16th Annual Awards Dinner and installation of officers’ ceremony.

This year’s event will be held on Thursday evening, February 2, 2017 at the Acqua Restaurant, located at 2192 Niagara St., Buffalo, N.Y. with an open bar @ 5:30 p.m. and dinner @ 7:00 p.m. sharp. Complimentary Valet parking will be available at the front entrance.

The swearing-in ceremony of new officers will be followed by the presentation of several awards.  Awards will be given for Lifetime Achievement, Meritorious Service and the Largest Broker Assisted Lease, Sale and Volume Transactions of 2016.

2016 Awards Description
I. Largest Broker-assisted Lease Transaction of the Year Award (2016)
- Must be evidenced by a copy of the lease and verbal acknowledgment of the principals if broker is not named in the lease as the broker of record.
- Must have been a registered NYSCAR or NAR broker for calendar year 2016.
- Largest Lease Transaction will be determined based upon either largest gross dollar value or largest size building area.

II. Largest Sale Transaction of the Year Award (2016)
- Must be evidenced by a copy of the purchase agreement and verbal acknowledgment of the principals if broker is not named in the purchase agreement as the broker of record.
- Must have been a registered NYSCAR or NAR broker for calendar year 2016.
- Largest Sale Transaction will be determined based upon either the largest gross dollar value or the largest size building.

IV. Transaction Velocity of the Year Award (2016)
- Must have been a registered NYSCAR or NAR Broker for calendar year 2016.
- Must be evidenced by the total number of lease or sales transactions( not $ volume) and verified by broker/agent being named in sales/lease document; or Landlord/Seller/Buyer acknowledgement in writing; or a verification by his/her General Manager or Broker of record.
